Security Forces Jaffna (SF-J) commenced a programme to empower NEET  (not in Education, not in Employment, not in Training) people of Jaffna and in this regard an awareness seminar was organized by the 25th Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment  for a group of 20 young men and women, on Friday (29). The theme of the seminar was "Shipping and Information Technology as a career".
