The Mahamethpura Arts Festival organized by the Bandaragama Pradeshiya Sabha will be held at the Bandaragama Maithree Hall on next Monday (17).
The keynote address at this festival will be delivered by the Senior Lecturer of the Peradeniya University Professor M. Herath. The winners of the Literary Contest held for the year 2011 will be awarded with prizes and certificates at this function. In line with the festival a book exhibition will also be held on this day.
In the evening a Jana Gayana contest will be held commencing at 7.30 p.m. (niz)
