Plans are underway to admit the required number of students to Jaffna and Eastern Universities, Chairman of the University Grants Commission, Prof. Gamini Samaranayake said, adding that a total of 21,000 students will be enrolled in the universities this year to follow 80 courses of study, as opposed to 20,000 the previous year. |
