Sri Lanka Ports Authority extending the warehouse facilities of the ports will inaugurate the newly built CFS 01 warehouse in the Port of Colombo on 10th August.
The new warehouse, 5,400 square meters large in extent was built focusing on the container missions, and the reshipment missions in the Colombo port.
The SLPA’s major mission center was burnt and destroyed in May in 2013. According to the SLPA sources, the constructions of the new warehouse are being carried out by the Contract and Planning Division of the SLPA, where a considerable amount of money could be saved for the Authority.
