It has been decided that from 2016 Maha season the details of the fertilizer subsidy payments will be on the net said E.U.C.B.K.B. Ehelepola additional commissioner Agrarian Service Board Kurunegala.
Once all the details are input the farmers can get a confirmation that they will receive the subsidy and if farmers are not getting it they can complain. The amount of money each farmer receives will be notified through SMS.
In a bid to accelerate the subsidy the agriculture committee will issue permits to 300 fertilizer sellers.
