All arrangements have been finalized to hold the North Western Province State Drama Awards ceremony on December 18 at 10.00am at the Wayamba Provincial Council Auditorium under the patronage of North Western Province Governor Tissa R.Balalla and North Western Province Chief Minister Dayasiri Jayasekera.
