TNA accused of advocating separatism

The Sri Lanka Freedom Party organizer for the Batticaloa District Arun Thambimuttu has denounced the U.S.sponsored, India supported UNHRC resolution against Sri Lanka and has said that neither the Tamil people nor the Sri Lankans will benefit from this resolution.
He has alleged that the Tamil National Alliance is making use of the resolution to revive separatism in the country. He has said that the TNA considers as the international conspiracy as a good step and makes attempts to use it for achieving their political agendas.
Thambimuttu has said that the TNA from the very beginning advocated for separatism and they are misleading the Tamil population and making every attempts to revive separatism in the country by spreading various fallacious information among the Tamil population.
He said that the Tamil population is not going to get any benefits from these international conspiracies and due to the short sighted policies of the TNA the Tamil masses suffered immense hardships during the last 30 years.
He has also said that at present all communities in the country are living in peace and harmony and has urged the TNA not to create a blood bath in the country once again.(niz).
