President opens Lemasthota Bridge

The Government treats all equally in the country by providing their basic needs including the development of roads. Accordingly, Rural roads in the Moneragala district which were in dilapidated condition are being developed said President Mahinda Rajapaksa.

The President was speaking after opening the new bridge constructed at the Lemasthota along the Beragala Wellawaya road on Saturday (13)

The President also said that the government' is working considering the future and not the present and the next aim is to provide each household with electricity and pipe borne water.

Senior Minister A.H.M.Fowzie, Ministers Nirmala Kothalawala, Mahindananda Aluthgamage, Lakshman Wasantha Perera, Sabaragamuwa Province Governor W.J.M.Lokubandara, Parliamentarians Uditha Lokubandara, Lohan Ratwatte, Kamala Ranatunga were present.(KH)
