Carlton Motor Sports, Negambo Motor Sports Club, Sri Lanka Racing Drivers and Riders and AMRC, are jointly organizing a motor car race back again at the Pannala Race Track. December 14th will be the race day for the Pannala Speed 2014 with qualifying during the morning session and the race in the afternoon.
