Sambuddhathva Jayanthi Committee presents 10 year programme to President

sj president 1 President Mahinda Rajapaksa was presented with the 10-year programme of the Sambuddhathva Jayanthi Committee by Malwathu Chapter Anunayaka Ven Niyangoda Vijitha Siri Thera at a ceremony to mark the completion of Sambuddhathva Jayanthi at Temple Trees yesterday. At this ceremony Malwathu Chapter Anunayaka Ven Niyangoda Vijitha Siri Thera delivered the Dhamma Deshana.

Presenting of the book titled "2600 Years of Buddhism" to the President by Prof.Asanga Thilakarathne and Oliver Gunatilleke also took place during this ceremony.
