Lasantha Alagiyawanna, Deputy Minister of Construction, Engineering Services, Housing and Common Amenities, Sarana Gunawardhana, Deputy Minister of Petroleum Industries, Western Provincial council Minister Nimal Lanza and Sahan Pradeepa Kumara, Chairman of Mahara Pradesheeya Sabha also participated at this occasion.
