Once completed, the proposed hotel, Hyatt Regency Colombo will have modern facilities with large banqueting and meeting spaces, food and beverage outlets, fitness center, entertainment and adequate parking for the visitors.
The Economic Development Ministry said that the project is developed by Sino Lanka Hotels & Spa (Pvt) Ltd with the required capital from a consortium of investors consisting private and state entities including the Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation Ltd.
