No power cuts on Sunday

The power and Energy minister Patalee Champika Ranawaka announced that he has decided not to impose power on Sunday August 19 In view of the Ramadan Festival.
"The minister has decided to refrain from imposing power cuts on Sunday in view of the Ramadan festival" a text message from his ministry said.
Muslims in Sri Lanka are scheduled to celebrate the Eid ul Fitr ramalan festival after observing fast for one month meriod.
