Dr.Nalaka Godahewa appointed as SEC New Chairman

Dr. Nalaka Godahewa was appointed as the new Chairman of the Sri Lanka's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) .
Former Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission Dr. Thilak Karunaratne handed over his resignation on August 17.
Former Central Banker Priyantha Fernando and the former President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL) Sujeewa Mudalige have also been appointed as members of the Commission.
