Dallas AlahapperumaFollowing the Cabinet approval given last week for Minister of Youth Affairs and Skill Development Mr. Dallas Alahapperuma to head the official committee in respect of the Commonwealth Youth Forum to be held from November 10-14 at the International Convention Centre, Hambantota in parallel to the 23rd Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM), a Youth Led Task Force has been established.
