China which became the country to win the first Gold Medal in the 2012 Olympics continues to dominate the medals table with 12 medals which include 6 Gold Medals, 4 Silver Medals and 2 Bronze Medals.
The United States which was in the third place has advanced to the second place pushing Italy to the third place. The United States has won 11 Medals which include 3 Gold Medals, 5 Silver Medals and 3 Bronze Medals.
Italy holding the third place has won 2 Gold Medals 3 Silver Medals and 2 Bronze Medals. South Korea and France are in the 4th and 5th places in the medals table respectively. (niz)
