Sri Lanka will play against India tomorrow in the 2nd match of the four nation Asia Cup tournament which opened in Bangladesh yesterday. Pakistan won yesterday’s match played against Bangladesh by 21 runs.
After tomorrow’s match Sri Lanka will play against Pakistan on the 15th and against Bangladesh on the 20th.
The first edition of the Asia Cup, called then as the Rothmans Asia Cup was held in Sharjah, and was won by India.
Sri Lanka has won the cup four times in 1986, 1997, 2004, 2008 and cruised to the finals in 1988, 1990-91, and 1995. (niz+)
