The opening ceremony of the under 15 Inter District and Provincial Cricket Tournamet 2011 will be held at the R.Premadasa International Cricket Stadium (Kettarama) under the patronage of Upali Dharmadasa Chairman, Sri Lanka Cricket and Shun Tien Shing General Manager, Ceylon Agro-Industries Limited.
The tournament is organized by Ceylon Agro-Industries Limited (Prima Group) under the supervision of Sri Lanka Cricket.
