The Bank of Ceylon Pensioners' Association has made a financial contribution of LKR 2.5 million to the Government’s ‘Rebuilding Sri Lanka’ fund to assist communities affected by cyclone Ditwah.
The cheque was presented this afternoon (26) at the Presidential Secretariat by the Association’s President K.G. Jinadasa, to the Secretary to the President, Dr Nandika Sanath Kumanayake.
Also present on the occasion were the Association’s Deputy Secretary, Kiv Pathirange, General Secretary, V. Rajendran, Executive Committee Member, H.K.D. Hemantha and former Chairman, H.G. Nihal.
