The historic encounter between India and Pakistan in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup was held last night (15) at the R. Premadasa Stadium, widely known as Khettarama Stadium, drawing thousands of local and international cricket fans.
President Anura Kumara Dissanayake joined the enthusiastic crowd to witness the high-profile match, adding significance to the electrifying atmosphere at the venue.
Also present on the occasion were Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi, Pakistan’s Minister of Interior and Narcotics Control, and Santosh Jha, India’s High Commissioner to Sri Lanka.
