There are thirty two families in the village are and the minister granted Rs. 1.6 million delivering each family Rs 50,000 for the establishment of Kilns.

Minister also said that financial aid will be granted for making necessary repairs to the clay grinding machine which remains out of order for 15 years.

He also added that providing housing facilities to each fisheries family is the prime objective of this Wewak Samanga Gamak program. The government has made an allocation of 1200 million for this year to make solutions for the housing issue of the fisher community.
