The Bank of Ceylon (BoC) and the management of the National Hospital of Sri Lanka (NHSL) signed an MoU to upgrade the standard and improve the surrounding environment of the National Hospital. This is yet another Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of the Bank of Ceylon.
The NHSL is the largest teaching hospital in Sri Lanka and the final referral centre in the country. The NHSL Management with the partnership of Bank of Ceylon aims to create a patient friendly green environment to give a psychological boost to the patients .
The Bank of Ceylon has partnered NHSL for over decades as it has catered to doctors, NHSL staff and patients through its Regent Street Branch and 24-hour ATM at NHSL.
