Kavan Ratnayake assumed duties as Chairman/Managing Director of the Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited on Wednesday (21).
He was welcomed by General Manager Abhaya Amaradasa. together with the senior management of the company.
An old boy of Royal College, Colombo, Ratnayake held the posts of country General Manager of IBM, Chief Executive Officer and later Chief Operator Office of Dialog Axiata PLC in January 2010.
He is the elder brother of former Matara district parliamentarian Sagala Ratnayake .
