Naval personnel attached to SLNS Gajaba of the Eastern Naval Command on coastal protection duties arrested two persons with 2 kilograms of gelignite (20 sticks), 02 pairs of divine fins, 03 diving masks, 1 fishing net and 1 FGD intended to be used in illegal fishing in the seas off Southbar in Mannar, last saturday(07).
