Ahamed Hameed AL –Jumialy , Head of Mission of the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq met with Sri Lankan State Minister for Child Development Ms. Rosy Senanayake at the Ministry premises yesterday (11).
The discussions centered around the Awareness Campaign for the Nutritional package for Pregnant mothers. It was noted that this awareness campaign will stress the dangers of under-nourishment and encourage better feeding practices amongst expectant mothers.
Mr.Ahamed Hameed AL –Jumialy during the discussion voiced Keen interest in partnering with the Ministry of Child Affairs for this campaign.
