The Children Skills Development Programme will conduct a (group and single) competition among children in the 10-15 age group and felicitate a group of school and preschool teachers and electronic and print media personnel who had rendered a meaningful service towards the progress and welfare of children. The competition will mark Universal Children's and Elders' Day on October 1.
The children's competition will include impromptu art, short drama, debating, singing, dancing and IQ items. Group items will be for children in the 10-15 age group and singles for schoolchildren up to 18 years. Closing date for applications is September 15.
