Discussions will focus on reviewing the progress in implementing the decisions taken at the previous meeting, monthly progress with regard to agriculture based institutions, issues raised at the provincial agricultural committees, correspondence received by the District Agriculture Committees, agricultural activities pertaining to previous and coming seasons, etc.

Participants will be Provincial Secretaries representing all Provincial Secretariat divisions in the district, Government agricultural officials, Representatives of private sector and farmer organizations.

The meeting is being organized by the Matara District Agricultural Unit.
