A part of the Galle Face road, Colombo will be closed on Saturday (28th) and Sunday (29th) for the rehearsals of the 69th Independent Day ceremony, Police said.
Accordingly, the road from Galle Face roundabout to the Old Parliament will be closed from 7.a.m until the rehearsals are finished.
In addition, the above mentioned part of the road will also be closed from 8.30.a.m to 12.30.a.m from 1st to 3rd February and the road will be entirely closed on 4th February, Police said.
