People's Assembly will be convened to discuss 'Public- Private Partnership (PPP) and the Development Targets of the Government' on 26th July 2018 4.00 pm onwards at the Kumarathunge Studio of the SLBC, Colombo 7. 

 

Hon. Ashoka Abeysinghe, Deputy Minister of Highways and Civil Aviation and Mr. Nishantha Sri Warnasinghe, Member of the Western Provincial Council will speak followed by a public discussion.

 

This programme is open to the public. Since seats are limited, seating will be on the 'first come first served' basis. A popular musical programme 'Naada Sththam' will be presented by Vishnu Vaasu from 3.30 to 4.00 pm.

 

People's Assembly is an initiative by the Department of Government Information in collaboration with the Civil Society Collective.
