The Prime Minister said that many changes have taken place in the education .sector “Every school should have a library and an e library. The students in developed countries make use of technology for education,” he said.

He said that children are receiving education online in many developed countries.

The Prime Minister said that Sri Lanka should be in the forefront in terms of technology.

“Technology is essential to be on par with other countries said the Prime Minister and added that the future of the world is driven by the technology and the younger generation should be given technological knowledge.
