CoPA report presented to parliament Featured

The report on the investigations carried out on 831 government institutions by the parliamentary Committee on Public Accounts (CoPA) was presented to the Parliament by its Chairman Deputy Minister of Finance and Mass Media Lasantha Alagiyawanna today (13th Nov.).

 

According to the Deputy Minister, the report is containing information on 50 ministries, 91 departments, and 18 special expenditure-units probed by CoPA. It will also contain information on 25 district secretariats, 45 provincial ministries, 23 municipal councils and 271 pradeshiya sabhas.
