President Donates a Bus to Rajagiriya Victoria Home

A new bus was donated to the Rajagiriya Victoria Home for Incurables, which provides a comfortable Home with medical care for those who by birth, illness or accident, became unfit for work for their livelihood and whose afflictions are of an incurable nature.

President Mahinda Rajapaksa who visited the Victoria Home on Wednesday (19) inquired into their well being and distributed presents among the inmates.

Thereafter the President handed over the key of the new bus to the Hony.Chairman of its Management Committee Kamal Padmasiri.

Minister Felix Perera, Rohitha Bogollagama, Parliamentarian Duminda Silva were present at the event.(KH)
