An anti-tobacco flag campaign to mark World No-Tobacco Day was launched yesterday (30). The first flag was pinned on President Mahinda Rajapaksa at Temple Trees by Mansila Cooray and Sunera Sandeepa of Divi Neguma Kekuly Children's Society.
