They have detailed that since 2013 the game has been truly developing and the FFSL has extended their superb support by way of Funds, Infrastructure facilities  to uplift the game in their respective games, a media release issued by the FFSL stated.

 

They also point out that with these legal actions the development process will be jeopardized due to the fact  that unnecessary expenditure will have to be incurred as legal fees, out of the money allocated for underprivileged and innocent footballers to play the game.

 

Due to these reasons these 45 Leagues have written a request  to he President of FFSL to make them also  a  party  to forward these facts to the courts,

 

the Leagues are Ampara, Anuradhapura, Badulla, Balangoda, Bandarawela, Batticoloa, Beruwela, Chilaw, City, Colombo,  Deh./Mt. Lavinia, Galle,Gampola ,Gampaha, Govt. Service ,Hatton, Jaffna ,Kalutara, Kandy, Kegalle, Kurunegala,  Kilinochchi ,Mannar  Matale Matara Mawanella Mercantile Mullativu N S S A  Nawalapitiya Negombo Nuwara Eliya  Playground Point Pedro    Polonnaruwa  Puttalam Ratnapura Sri J’Pura  SL Air Force SL Army S L F R A , SL Navy, SL Police  SL Schools Trincomalee Vauniya, Wattala
