Troops have recovered underwater craft |

Troops have recovered several LTTE submarine type underwater craft and boats in Muttiyankuttukulam south west of Pudukuduirrippu developed by rebels.
"It is believed this is the only terrorist organization in the world that possessed a submarine of this nature” the sources further revealed. Military sources said that this was the most startling recovery made by troops so far during the on going counter terrorist operations against the LTTE. Three suicide boats and a large haul of LTTE maritime equipment were also found at the location , the sources added.
