Suspected Drug Trafficker and Underworld Figure “Midigama Chooti” Brought Back to Sri Lanka

Rajapaksha Pathiranne Prabath Madhusanka, also known as “Midigama Chooti,” who was arrested in Oman, has been brought back to Sri Lanka.

The suspect is believed to be linked to multiple murders, drug trafficking, and arms smuggling activities. An Interpol Red Notice had also been issued against him.

Authorities suspect that he had been operating from the Middle East, allegedly directing a number of drug trafficking operations, killings, and shootings.
