In addition, all other services, including verification of NIC details for government and non-government institutions and translation services into English, will also be unavailable. Relevant institutions have been advised to use alternative arrangements.
The department stated that all services will resume once the system is restored and expressed regret for the inconvenience caused to the public and other institutions.
