Ministry of Health, Nutrition, and Indigenous Medicine has taken steps to develop the Gampaha General Hospital, District Hospital Negombo, and the Wathupitiwala Basic hospital in Gampaha district.
Minister of Health Rajitha Senarathne recently made an observation visit and looked into the shortages prevailing in these hospitals. The officials and the staff of the hospitals were also instructed to take immediate actions for the completion of the uncompleted projects.
MP Chathura Senarathne also joined the Minister.
