The ‘Hulandawa’ new village was vested with the people by Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe on18th August.
The New village consist of 25 houses for the estate workers built with the funds of the Ministry of Hill Country, New Villages, Infrastructure and Community Development.
Each house on a seven-perch land has two rooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
On this occasion the Prime Minister handed over the deeds to the owners of the houses.
