The Ambassador of Ecuador Mentor Patricio Villagomez Merino and the Ambassador of Algeria Hamza Yahiya-Cherif, resident in New Delhi called on Dr Harsha de Silva, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs on Saturday (18) after presenting credentials to President Maithripala Sirisena.
