The Zoological gardens, botanical gardens and national parks under the purview of the Wildlife Department are to be closed for the next two weeks.

The ninth and tenth Coronavirus cases have been confirmed, said the Director General of Health Services Dr. Anil Jasinghe.

There is no shortage of goods in the country and in the event food stocks are required the wholesale dealers have ample stocks, said Minister of Information & Communications Technology, Higher Education, Technology & Innovations Dr. Bandula Gunawardena.

A special office has been set up to coordinate the activities of the Corona Task Force.
