The first copy of a book titled "Dharmishta Samajayen, Maithri Paalanayata" (From a Just Society to Good Governance) written by a former member of Political Bureau of the Communist Party of Sri Lanka Raja Uswetakeiyawa was presented to President Maithripala Sirisena at the Sri Lanka Foundation Institute on Monday (10).
