    Media Minister visits Prince Udaya Priyantha

    Minister of Parliament Reforms and Mass Media Gayantha Karunathilake presented a cheque amounting to Rs.100,000 to famous singer Prince Udaya Priyantha for medical treatment.

    Prince Udaya Priyantha is a famous Sri Lankan artist who entered the music field in 1980s from the National Youth Services Council. He has composed and sung a wide range of songs. Prince Udaya Priyantha has exhibited his/him musical talents by successfully performing in different fields in the musical world as a musician.

     

    Minister Gayantha Karunathilake when he heard that Prince Udaya Priyantha was critically ill visited him at the hospital and presented the cheque to his sister Shiromi Priyangika.

     

    The contribution was made by the National Film Corporation and the Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation.
