Mr. Dominic Stillhart, Director Operations, International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) in Geneva, Switzerland accompanied by Ms. Chérine Pollini, Head of Delegation, ICRC in Colombo paid a courtesy call on Mr. BMUD Basnayake, Secretary to the Sri Lankan Ministry of Defence at the Ministry premises on Monday (16).
