Tuition classes or extra classes for students who will be sitting the grade-five scholarship examination scheduled for 20th August will be banned from midnight today (16th Aug.) until the end of the examination, Commissioner General of Examinations W.M.N.J. Pushpakumara said.
Accordingly, organizing or conducting of extra classes, lectures, seminars, printing and distribution of model question papers, and displaying posters, banners, handbills or through electronic media saying that similar questions to those given at the exanimation are available and possessing such things is prohibited.
