Four ambassadors who were newly appointed to Sri Lanka presented credentials to President Maithripala Sirisena yesterday (Sep. 18) at the Presidential Secretariat.
The New ambassadors are from Icuador, Algeria, Norway and Turkey.
Following are the ambassadors appointed;
Mr. Mentor Patricio VillagomezMerino – Ambassador of Ecuador
Mr. Hamza Yahia Cherif – Ambassador of Algeria
Mr. Thorbjorn Gaustadsaether – Ambassador of Norway
Mr. Tunca Ozcuhadar – Ambassador of Turkey
Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Mangala Samaraweera and Secretary to the President P. B. Abeykoon also participated at this occasion.
